Childbirth will be one of the most memorable events of your life. This class will give you and your partner the information you'll need to better communicate with your care giving team and to make the decisions that are best for your labor and birth experience. You will learn breathing, relaxation and comfort techniques that will help facilitate your labor and birth as well as decrease pain and fatigue. Couples should take this course during their last trimester.
Our Four-Week Series
An in-depth class allowing extra time for specific topics and individual questions. Relaxation, breathing, and birthing techniques are reinforced with repeated weekly practice.
